Do I need to create an account to use the free tier?

No. Install the extension and your first 20 checks per month work anonymously. You only sign in when you want to subscribe or use the mobile app.

What counts as a "check"?

One Amazon product page you view with the extension enabled. Cached hits — repeat visits to the same product within 90 days — do not count against your monthly quota.

Why hide sources and methodology on the lower tiers?

Sourcing every claim is expensive on our side — every check calls out to multiple public databases and pays for LLM tokens. Pro and Premium subscribers fund that work; Basic and Free get the score itself, which is the answer most people are looking for.

What's included in the mobile app on Premium?

Barcode scanning on both iOS and Android — point your camera at a product in a physical store, get the same country-of-origin score you'd see on Amazon. The mobile app requires a Premium subscription.

How do I upgrade or downgrade?

Any time from the Stripe Customer Portal, linked from the extension popup. Upgrades are prorated instantly; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

How do I cancel?

Through Stripe's Customer Portal, linked directly from the extension popup and mobile app. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — full refund within 14 days of your first charge, no questions asked. After that, cancel any time; we don't refund partial periods.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay also work in the Stripe checkout flow.
